The Governor of Jawa Timur has set the 2018 municipal minimum wage by issuing the Governor Regulation No. 75 of 2017 dated 17 November 2017. The following is the list of the 2018 district/city minimum wage in Jawa Timur effective as of 1 January 2018:

Gubernur Jawa Timur telah menetapkan besaran upah minimum kabupaten/kota (UMK) tahun 2018 dengan mengeluarkan Peraturan Gubernur Jawa Timur Nomor 75 Tahun 2017 tertanggal 17 November 2017. Berikut daftar upah minimum kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur yang berlaku terhitung sejak tanggal 1 January 2018:

The Governor of Jawa Tengah has set the 2018 Municipal Minimum Wage (District/City Minimum Wage or UMK) by 2018 by signing the Decree No. 560/94 of 2017 dated November 20, 2017. The following is the list of the district/city minimum wages in Central Java:

Province of Banten's 2018 Municipal Minimum Wage (UMK) and Postponement Decrees

The Governor of Banten has set the 2018 Municipal Minimum Wage (UMK – Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota) by issuing the Decision No. 561/ Kep.442-Huk/2017 dated November 20, 2017. The list is as follow:

Gubernur Banten telah menetapkan Upah Minimum Kabupaten/ Kota tahun 2018 dengan mengeluarkan Keputusan No. 561 / Kep.442-Huk / 2017 tanggal 20 November 2017. Daftarnya adalah sebagai berikut:

Based on the Decree of Banten Governor No. 561.1 / Kep.10-Huk / 2018, nineteen companies domiciled in Banten province may suspend the implementation of city/district 2018 minimum wage for 12 months.

After the period of suspension is over, the companies must repay the wage shortage in accordance with the Constitutional Court Decision No. 72 / XIII / 2015.

List of companies that have been deferred to pay the 2018 minimum wage are included in the decree below.

Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Gubernur Banten No. 561.1/Kep.10-Huk/2018, sembilan belas perusahaan yang berdomisili di provinsi Banten dapat menangguhkan pelaksanaan upah minimum kota/kabupaten 2018 selama 12 bulan.

Setelah masa penangguhan selesai, perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut harus membayar kembali kekurangan upah sesuai dengan Keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 72/XIII/2015.

2018 Municipal Minimum Wage (UMK): Province of Jawa Barat

The Provincial Government of Jawa Barat has issued the 2018 municipal (district/city) minimum wage figures.  The figures are stipulates in the Governor Decree No.561/Kep.1065-Yangbangsos/2017. The 2018 Jawa Barat municipal minimum wage is not far from trade unions criticism objecting to the use of Government Regulation no. 78 of 2015 as reference in minimum wage formulation. They argue that the use of the Government Regulation in question in formulating the municipal minimum wage sharpen the persistent issue of minimum wage disparity among districts/cities in the region, that could not be resolved any time soon.

Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat telah mengeluarkan angka upah minimum kabupaten/kota tahun 2018. Angka tersebut ditetapkan dalam Keputusan Gubernur Jawa Barat No. 561/ Kep.1065-Yangbangsos/2017.  Upah minimum kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat ini tidak jauh dari kritik serikat pekerja yang menentang penggunaan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 78 tahun 2015 sebagai acuan dalam formulasi upah minimum. Mereka berpendapat bahwa penggunaan Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut dalam merumuskan upah minimum kota mempertajam isu disparitas upah minimum kabupaten di wilayah Jawa Barat, yang tidak dapat diselesaikan dalam waktu dekat.

2018 Provincial Minimum Wage

Update per 20 November 2017: Maluku Utara provincial government has issued the 2018 provincial minimum wage. Thus, all 34 provincial governments in Indonesia have issued the provincial minimum wage for 2018.
